An Active Member shall be any person, nineteen years of age or over who has been duly accepted for membership to the Vancouver Magic Circle, has completed one year as an Associate Member or Junior Member, and is a member in good standing of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. This person will have attended a minimum of six (6) circle functions over the last twelve (12) months and will have performed at least once at these gatherings. As an Active Member they shall have the right to vote, hold office, compete for trophies and full use of the Library.
